- Chamber Strategic Plan
With the help of Market Street Services, the consulting firm engaged by the City of Kannapolis to create an analysis of the NC Research Campus impact, a five-year strategic plan for the Chamber was instituted in January, 2007. The plan was updated in June, 2009.
The Innovator Magnet website is the single go-to resources that focuses on entrepreneures and small businesses in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties.
MISSION: Actively serving members as a trusted advocate, excellent resource and proactive catalyst for quality business and community service through economic development, public policy and membership services.
VISION: The Cabarrus Regional Chamber is to become a community leader in positive change, while fostering prosperity and building a stronger economic future.
