On health care reform, discussions have slowed since passage of both the Senate bill, H.R. 3590 - Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - and the House bill, H.R. 3962 - Affordable Health Care for America Act - occured before the close of 2009.  For a side-by-side comparison of the bills, visit the Kaiser Family Foundation website.

H.R. 4163, Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009, was passed in the House by a vote of 223 to 202.  It will move into the Senate for eventual debate.
