Public Policy
The political landscape is constantly changing, so stay informed by visiting the Chamber's Public Policy

On health care reform, discussions continue with efforts towards a bipartisan plan.  For helpful information and comparisons of the three plans submitted - House, Senate and President Obama - visit the Kaiser Family Foundation website.

S. 560, "Employee Free Choice Act", may return in another form during this congressional session.  If passed, the legislation would result in process simplification for union organizing.  Read more about the bill.

H.R. 4163, Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009, was passed in the House by a vote of 223 to 202.  It will move into the Senate for eventual debate.
